Acer announces convertible laptops and powerful desktop built for artists and creators
Acer announced the ConceptD 7 Ezel series of convertible laptops and the ConceptD 700 workstation at CES 2022. Acer built all three devices for artists and creators. The ConceptD 7 Ezel series features a unique design that allows the display to flip, fold, and float. The ConceptD 700 workstation packs powerful internals for professional person creators and video editors.
The ConceptD 7 Ezel Pro starts at $3,099 while the ConceptD Exel starts at $ii,699. The Concept 700 starts at $1,699 and will be available in March. Acer did not share a release date for the ConceptD 7 Ezel series.
The ConceptD vii Ezel series has a design unlike just about any laptop on the market. In addition to being able to flip into display and tablet way similar many Windows 10 convertible laptops, it tin can too pop upward away from the keyboard into a float mode. This design provides flexibility and allows creators to arrange the elevation and angle of the screen they're working on. Acer and other companies take fabricated some devices that tin flip and adapt, but the ConceptD 7 Ezel serial does information technology while looking like a traditional laptop.
The ConceptD 7 Ezel and ConceptD 7 Ezel Pro have many features in mutual. The table beneath specifies between the pro and non-pro versions. If there's no specification, both laptops have the same specs.

The ConceptD 700 workstation packs internals powerful enough for filmmakers, animators, and other professionals that need calculating power such as architects, engineers, and designers. Acer didn't share a consummate spec list for the device merely highlights the high-finish internals.

The ConceptD Ezel serial of laptops and the ConceptD 700 workstation are part of NVIDIA's RTX Studio programme. Acer states that "RTX Studio products adhere to stringent hardware and software requirements to empower creativity at the speed of imagination."

An internet connexion will soon be required when setting upward Windows 11 Pro
Microsoft has announced that afterwards this year, users will be required to connect to the cyberspace and sign-in with a Microsoft Account during the out of box setup experience on Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft has already been enforcing this requirement on Windows 11 Home since launch last October, and Windows xi Pro is at present expected to follow suit shortly.
